UK Flag Story part 6

Description

Here we have the next part! :aww:

Two important points here:

1. Northern Ireland did have his own flag for a while, but he's stopped using it in 1972 when the government associated with this flag was ended. Nowadays, Northern Ireland simply has the Union flag. Also, I apologise if I made him too young, my headcanon for Northern Ireland back then was that he was born in the early 1900s. Now my headcanon has changed this date to early 1600s now.

2. Ireland is humming a well-known rebel song, "A nation once again". I think it got really famous because of the Wolfe Tones but to be honest, I don't suggest you listen to that cover. Sorry, but I really don't like the Wolfe Tones. :| Something about them annoys me, but then again who wouldn't be after being made to listen to their entire soundtrack for three days straight. My father absolutely adores them.
I actually suggest a better cover, sadly the song isn't on its own but its totally worth listening to it, it is far better than the one of the Wolfe Tones in my opinion.
The video is here: [link] It's part of a documentry of 1916 obviously, but if you fast-forward to about 2:16 in the video, you'll hear a fair good bit of the song. (go to the end of the video for the rest then) It is really beautiful and the voice of the singer is amazing. Sadly no one has thought of releasing the songs independently of the documentries, so this is the best that I can offer. Seriously, take a look at it.
